We are looking for you as a Junior Office Manager to join our internal departments: Office Management, HR, and Finance.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the office team with daily administrative tasks
  • Takeover of own projects, like planning internal and external events
  • Travel management, including organization and booking of business trips
  • Professional welcome for customers and applicants
  • Assist our HR team in recruiting and personnel development
  • Preparation and creation of accounting and controlling activities
  • Supporting our accounting department with special finance projects 

Your profile:

  • You have a vocational business traineeship or a university degree in business administration, economics, social sciences, or similar subjects
  • You have already gained practical or professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Entrepreneurial mind with a high level of self-motivation and self-organization
  • You live in Frankfurt am Main or close by
  • Outstanding social competency and strong communication skills
  • Excellent English and German skills
