We are looking for you as a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy and plan based on our overall business strategy, covering the entire funnel from awareness creation to conversion.
  • Manage our CRM program, ensuring it effectively supports our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content creation, development, consultants) to implement your marketing plans.
  • Provide strategic and operational marketing support to internal teams and contribute to client projects as needed.
  • Stay updated on current trends in the digital market and proactively propose innovative ideas and innovations.
  • “Building and managing” or “refining and managing” our CRM program.

What you have to bring:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services setting.
  • A good university degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, digital strategy, and content marketing with hands-on experience with relevant tools.
  • A good understanding of artificial intelligence and its use cases in digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach to improving processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1-C2). French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Practical experience with growth hacking, for example, in the context of start-ups, would also be welcome.
