What you will contribute:

  • You work independently with your clients from the first draft to the finished design
  • You create outstanding designs for websites and digital application and develop design strategies for digital brands
  • You setup and maintain complex pattern libraries in an atomic design approach
  • You help us to develop corporate designs that meet the requirements of the digital transformation
  • You will also do your own workshops and pitches together with clients and your colleagues

What you have to bring:

  • As an experienced visual designer, you have already worked for various branches and industries because the digital world is your home and therefore are familiar with digital products for e.g., e-commerce, configurators, booking systems or business portals for the common touchpoints in the digital cosmos
  • You have an education in media or design studies or comparable training with a focus on interface design or user interaction
  • You enjoy working independently with a customer centric approach while being proactive in suggesting new ideas to constantly improve yourself and your work
  • You are a team player who values feedback and a constant exchange of ideas with your colleagues and are a natural communicator with a curious mindset to learn new things
  • You have experience in using complex pattern libraries in development, improvement and implementation
  • You have a great know-how in Design Thinking (methods) and a basic understanding of web technologies and the interpretation of web analytics data
  • You are experienced with standard tools of the Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Abstract and InVision and have basic knowledge in HTML5 and CSS
  • You speak German on a native level and English fluently
